Pain Consultants of East Tennessee approached Shout Out LLC in 2015 for assistance in creating a logo for MindfulnessTN, a symposium aimed at bringing awareness of mindfulness and meditation-based practices and their impact on health and well-being.

MindfulnessTN was held in the spring of 2016 and 2017 and donated more than $50,000 to the Pain and Palliative Care Service at East Tennessee Children’s Hospital.
